Consist of a King size master bed.
A second bedroom sleeps 4 with a double bed over double bed bunk and a twin trundle bed.

Beautiful view of the Gulf from master, living and kitchen areas. The Central location of the Villas of St George Island is located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and nightlife. Historic Apalachicola is just 20 minutes away by car.
This beachfront condo has just completed its first round of renovations. The property will received its second round in the fall of 2023 with a new kitchen and the addition of a 1/2 bath on the main living floor. This will be the only unit in the Villas with this feature.
The open kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare coastal feasts.
The unit does feature an in unit laundry with separate thermostat zoning for living and sleeping area.
